In the case where the selected tutor is not suitable, Avenue Education will be happy to arrange an immediate change of tutor for you at no additional cost. However, these cases are rare as Avenue Education only arranges top-quality tutors to ensure that our clients are satisfied. Lessons conducted with the previous tutor will still need to be paid for.

Upfront payment of 4 lessons.

Usually during the first lesson, our tutors will assess the students academically. From there, they will give suggestions to what kind of materials you will need to purchase. If you already have tuition materials (assessment books, worksheets etc), please show it to the tutor during the first lesson. Avenue Education strongly encourages our clients and tutors to communicate this clearly to tutors beforehand to prevent misunderstandings.

Lessons can be conducted at the tutees house, online or in public.

We carefully screen tutors based on their: Academic background, teaching experience, subject expertise and Communication skills. Our goal is to ensure that students are matched with capable and reliable tutors who can support their academic progress.
